AccuLift Commander
Universal Sawmill Powerhead Controller with Readout & Automation
The AccuLift Commander is a standalone lift controller designed to work with a wide variety of sawmill power lift systems. It adds smart automation and a digital height readout to your existing lift motor or can be paired with one of our lift motors for a complete setup.
Simply connect your motor, bolt on the encoder, wire it to a 12 V power source, and you're ready to cut with precision.

Digital Height Readout
Always know your exact cut position with an easy-to-read digital display.
Bunk Distance Readout
Displays how far the sawhead is from the bunk, making it ideal for cutting beams and large cants.
Yield Awareness (Board Count Display)
Instantly shows how many boards remain below the blade at the selected bump distance, automatically factoring in kerf between cuts. This helps reduce guesswork during breakdown planning and maximize lumber yield from every log.
Kerf Compensation
Automatically adjusts measurements for blade width. Kerf offset is fully user-adjustable through the settings menu.
Slack Compensation
Corrects for cable stretch or lift slack when lowering the sawhead. Adjustable in the settings for fine-tuning accuracy.
Go-To Bumping Function
Quickly return to zero or move the sawhead in precise, repeatable increments.
Press Go-To + Zero to return to your zero point.
Press Go-To + Up/Down to move the head in preset or custom increments.
Heavy-Duty Relay Control
The Commander relay system can handle lift motors drawing up to 75 amps, making it compatible with a wide range of sawmill lift motors and heavy-duty applications.

At Byers TimberTech, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sawmill upgrades. If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, we are here to assist you with a refund or exchange. Please carefully read our refund and return policy outlined below:

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:
- The product must have a manufacturing defect.
- The defect must be reported within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Reporting a Manufacturing Defect:
- To report a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team at (406) 404-6358. Provide details of the defect, along with supporting documentation such as photos or videos if possible.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the product back to us, if necessary.

Refund or Exchange Options:
- Upon verifying the manufacturing defect, we will offer you the following options: a) Refund: You will receive a full refund for the product, including any shipping charges incurred. b) Exchange: We will replace the defective product with a new one, free of charge. If the exact product is not available, we will offer a suitable alternative or store credit.

Return Shipping:
- If a return is required due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for the product to be picked up from your location.
- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during the return shipping process.

Processing Time:
- We strive to process refunds and exchanges promptly once the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow 5days for us to complete the process.

Non-eligible Returns:
- Returns or exchanges requested for reasons other than manufacturing defects, such as change of mind or incorrect product selection, will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
Please note that this refund and return policy applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
